Overview

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to build and manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors in the Philippines. This role will focus on promoting our data center services, including cloud infrastructure, and scalable storage, to meet revenue targets and strengthen our market presence.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in data center, cloud, or IT infrastructure sectors.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Philippines market.

  • Strong understanding of data center technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI infrastructure, colocation).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and M365.

  • Willingness to travel within the Philippines as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive adoption of data center services in the Philippines.

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Foster strong relationships with existing partners, providing training, sales support, and performance incentives.

  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create partner enablement programs and promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor partner performance, track sales metrics, and provide regular forecasts and reports to leadership.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, including AI integration and cloud adoption, to position our solutions effectively.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities across the Philippines.
