About the job
Responsible for the monitoring and troubleshooting of connectivity services of the company. This also includes providing technical, pre sales, provisioning, operations and maintenance support services such as the resolution of customers, systems related issues, operating systems, system design and engineering, and provisioning, upgrade, termination of connectivity services.
Requirements
A Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Engineering or Electronic and Communications Engineering or any related course is preferred.
Extensive technical knowledge, but not limited to IP Networks, Security, and Cloud Technologies.
Advanced Knowledge in converged Network infrastructure and carrier grade network technologies including: External and Internal routing protocols, Switching Technologies and Network Device Security.
Cisco Certified (CCNA,CCNP) and/or Juniper Certified (JNCIA, JNCIS) a definitive advantage
Expertise in Layer 1 (Transmission, SDH, DWDM) to Layer 3 (BGP, OSPF) Technologies
Knowledgeable in configuration and troubleshooting of network devices such as L1-L3 equipment such as Cisco, Juniper, H3C, Ciena, and BTI devices.
