Overview

We are seeking a driven individual to lead our channel development program and expand commercial contracts. This role involves managing data center product offerings, developing sales enablement programs, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to boost lead generation and market penetration. You'll also maintain key commercial/legal documentation and support ongoing demand generation and channel expansion initiatives.

  • Experience in channel development and product marketing function for to B and to G segment in Data Center related domain, previous experience in Telco and strong partner network a plus

  • Proven success in market development, product penetration and channel expansion

  • Strong product marketing and management expertise

  • Strong analytical thinking; data center technical expertise a plus

  • Proven abilities to work collaboratively and independently

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Own channel development program and expansion plan as measured by channel acquisition and commercial contract attainment

  • Own data center relevant product and services offerings including market insights, value proposition, competitive pricing strategy, incentive and support to drive market penetration as measured by revenue and margin contribution

  • Establish and execute sales enablement programs and training to increase go-to-market effectiveness  for sales and marketing as measured by time to market productivities

  • Closely work with sales, business development and marketing to increase lead generation, product and solution penetration leading to timely lead conversion

  • Partner with Technical sales, business operations and finance on addressing product solutioning and competitive pricing related request proactively and timely

  • Partner with marketing to develop differentiated content and demand gen program to elevate market thought leadership and lead generation opportunities

  • Maintain commercial/legal documents related to the product including but not limited to proposals templates, partner agreements, SLA, T&C, Safe Harbor.

  • Be the company evangelist to support ongoing demand gen and channel expansion activities
